Thawing your frozen products can be a lengthy, difficult process to manage. With Traulsen's Even-Thaw, you can rapidly and safely thaw portion sized frozen food up to 300 lbs. per section. The Even Thaw allows you to thaw frozen products under safe, temperature-controlled conditions, improve food safety, reduce food waste, and save labor!
The Even-Thaw's process works by allowing small amounts of heat to rapidly circulating cold air, thawing contents in approximately 22-24 hours. The frozen food’s effect on cabinet air temperature regulates operation, so the cabinet temperature is never allowed to rise above 41˚ F.
The Even-Thaw features a top-mounted refrigeration system, and a sophisticated Smart Control promoting outstanding temperature preservation and efficiency. The all-metal construction is durable and easy to maintain, making it great for commercial use.
