THE CART IS MOBILE.
Heated CabinetsThe temperature stays put. Select Traulsen carts are equipped with a forced-air bottom-heating unit for greater control over your product temperatures. Forced-air carts feature a top-mounted fan that utilizes a 4"-wide channel in the cart's interior wall to circulate air throughout the cart.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
Whether you choose dial or digital, you can easily control temperatures between 135°F and 190°F. Fiberglass insulation—1" along the sides and 2" on top—ensures heat retention. Half-length doors reduce heat loss when opening doors.

WE'VE GOT YOUR CART.
Whatever your operation or volume requirement, banquet carts are available to accommodate 90, 96 or 150 covered plates, based on a 10.25" covered-plate diameter.

MOBILITY AND SECURITY.
Heavy-duty casters make it easier to push, load and unload. Welded tubular steel push handles make carts easier to hold and steer.

QUALITY YOU CAN DEPEND ON, INSIDE AND OUT.
We use 300 Series 20-gauge stainless steel for ultimate durability, with a heavy-duty welded frame. Control panels are recessed to protect them from damage. Full-perimeter bumpers both cushion the cart and protect facility walls.
