Fire Rated CabinetsTraulsen offers the only refrigerated and heated cabinets in the industry to obtain a UL fire-rated listing. They can be used with a fire-rated wall application between the kitchen and serving areas. Standard features include stainless steel exteriors and interiors, flame-resistant construction, the INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control, an 8” recessed housing on top to facilitate mounting within a fire wall, positive seal latches and 1 1/2-hour UL fire rating, eliminating the need for an expensive rolling fire door.
