Currently featured in Traulsen R & A Series refrigerators and freezers , R, A and G-Series hot-food holding cabinets, full-size undercounters and refrigerated equipment stands, the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control allows for precise temperature control, hot or cold, significantly reducing the chance for bacteria growth and the risk of food-borne illness. It also helps ensure better food quality, higher yield and reduced waste.

NAFEM Data Protocol compliant, INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls are an advanced technology that is refreshingly easy to use. HACCP temperature monitoring is automatic. You can check the exact temperature you set—in either Fahrenheit or Celsius—on its three-digit LED panel. The control monitors and detects high and low cabinet temperature, door openings, condenser performance, power loss and many other operational factors. If there’s ever a problem, you’re automatically alerted—visually, audibly or both. INTELA-TRAUL microprocessors offer your kitchen unmatched efficiency, precision and confidence, coupled with foolproof, safe operation.

Smart ChillChill by temperature, product, time or EZ-Start.
SmartChill lets you choose among three chill methods: Chill by Temperature, which uses food probes to chill food as quickly as possible; Chill by Product, which lets you preprogram the chill mode, chill method and temperature endpoint for dozens of food products; Chill by Time, which is ideal for foods you wouldn’t want to damage with probes, such as cakes and pies; and an EZ-Start feature that requires only one button to start a batch.

SmartChill also gives you three distinct chilling modes: Blast Chill, which will chill any food product down to 40°F as rapidly as possible; Soft Chill, which is ideal for chilling delicate, low-density foods such as green salads or produce without freezing them; and Freeze Chill, which will freeze any food product down to 0°F as rapidly as possible.
